About Me
My name is Angie Craig - MS, CNS, CDN, LDN, CPT
I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2016. When 2020 came, I stumbled upon my passion of bringing exercise to people when many of our options were unavailable. I found that this was a beautiful way to connect with people, and enhance their confidence in what could be a scary endeavor!
I also found that quality nutrition support was lacking in the industry, and it inspired me to pursue my master's degree in Clinical Nutrition. In a world where there is too much information, my goal is to guide people to facts, and help align those facts to their values to make nutrition a lifestyle, and not continue on the rollercoaster.
This service is perfect for those who are too busy to get to a gym, find going to the gym uncomfortable, have physical limitations that make movement painful and difficult, or done with the roller coaster that nutrition has been.
It is my mission to help people live their healthiest life, specifically through corrective exercise, lifting weights, creating a sustainable exercise routine, and connecting the dots between nutrition and health.
